Just had my is220d mot'd passed without any problem apart from small advisory offside ballpoint. Dust cover damaged. I think that was damaged to my wife hitting a centre island a few months ago which destroyed tyre aswell

You can buy just the dustcovers for some balljoints but they cost around £60.00 each for OEM new so probably best just to get it replaced.

It's easy to replace complete but it's not serious issue anyway will leave it for while 1st gonna get fuel filter changed on Monday don't think it's been changed yet

Ahmed, if you are near Hainault then you can use the same guy I use. He used to be the technician at Lexus Woodford.

Recently he did my Ball Joints, Front and Rear Calliper, brake discs, Water Pump, Full Service.

Nice guy and price very good - You can buy the parts or he can do it for you.

Let me know and I can give you his number, also he can come to you if any repair can be done on drive.
