Wing Indicator Bulbs - 2005 Gs300

Can somebody tell me how to change this bulb.

I cannot find any details anywhere.

The lens looks like it has had water in it, and the bulb does not work.

I am assuming / hoping that it can be changed from outside the car, and nit under the wheel arch,

but I don't want to scratch up my paintwork.

I've also looked and come up with nothing,even the owner's manual showing the bulbs has no replacing information.

I've never used them but apparently Halfords will fit bulbs for a small fee, it may be worth letting them do it but if there is water inside the housing it may also be worth getting a new one for around £25.00 at Lexus and having that fitted with the new bulb.
