Upgrading Head Unit

This is my first post on this forum, i am getting a new head unit for christmas (sony xav 601bt Double din) i have got a is200 se and have the factory fitted amp, can someone confirm all the bits i need to fit the new unit. am i right in saying i just need a amp by-pass lead PC2-105-4 ?? will this plug straight in to the new head unit or will i need another iso adapter to plug into the by-pass lead.

If you get the right lead it just plugs straight in, although be prepared to lose some skin from your hands when removing the old cable from the amp...

Thanks Gruntfuggly, do you know if it's the PC2-104-4 or the PC2-93-4 as I have seen them both online and unsure which one is correct for my car

Sorry to hijack the post slightly but has anyone on here used a metra toyo-01 adapter to keep the factory amp setup with a aftermarket headunit ?
