Hello.

Before I sell my car I have changed the LEDs on the speedo/rpm meters. One of the oem white LEDs had gone so I set about reading on DIY fixes but all the DIY guides out there had been sharing their pics online and those pics are not available any more. So I did a video on it. I changed the lights to blue, that looks really nice at night and I think is similar to what's used in IS-F.

This is my first video guide on youtube ever so its long, boring and got mistakes in it. But hopefully some part of this guide will help another Lexus owner somewhere one day.

Cheers

Thanks!

Although I do not intend to do the needle tricks. Your video will be a great help in removing the covers so that I can fix a tiny rattle that comes from that area.

Hi mate,

Exactly in the same situation. Can you kindly help me with link of the led(s). I could not find the spare one to start the process

Excellent.  I need to replace the plastic screen that sits in front of the dials.

Do you reckon it would be possible to remove that cowling piece, which I now see has the plastic screen as part of it, without taking out the trim at the bottom?

Can't quite see if the two screws that hold the cowling in place are accessible without removing the trim.

Good video though and thanks.
