at some point during the day of an anniversary or birthday of 'er indoors' someone will always knock the front door, or ring the bell, to deliver an enormous bunch of expensive flowers that brings a smile to her face and yet, Carling or others of that ilk, never knock or ring the bell at that same door to deliver a crate of 'pop' that will bring a smile to our faces.

Oh well.......happy days eh!

Ha. Just read this. This forum is FULL of lurkers and very few posters. Bit odd. I have never seen quite like this place in terms of numbers of views for a post and so little replys.

To be fair my wife is pretty good with trying to surprise me but a stripogram or something wouldn’t go a miss! Is there a better way to say 'i love you'?

There's a strange inbalance in our house, on "her" 50th birthday in June "she" was treated to 3 days in Orlando,a weeks carribean cruise and then 4 days after in Ft.Lauderdale flying Virgin Club class.

On my 50th birthday I had 3 cold miserable days in Dublin in March,travelled with Ryanair and got around the city with a 3 day "Dublin Bus Pass"

"Her" 60th is coming up next year, guess what "she" is planning yet again.

Also guess who always pays :)
