New Lexus Is300H Executive Edition Owner

Just wanted to say a hello from me! I picked up my brand new IS300H Executive Edition on Friday! My first Lexus. I absolutely LOVE it.

Traded in a 3.0l TDI Quattro Sport Audi A5. Its a massive change, not so powerful, but far more practical!

Looking forward to getting to know you guys!

Welcome to the LOC, great car you have there!. You'll probably come across one of my threads when you are perusing the forum, the most recent one is entitled Oh Blimey! and it discusses the fact that I've had my head turned from the CT200h to the IS300h.

I have my fingers crossed that I will be able to get me one in the not-too-distant future.

Thanks! It's an amazing car so far! Driven 100 miles and it still shows as 598 miles on the cruising range. Sound nice, very refined!

I actually went to buy a CT200h but HATED it. It was so sluggish and slow! Especially coming from a 0-60 in 4.9 secs beast of an Audi!

What generation of Prius Dave? You should certainly notice a big difference, more refined and more power.

Hi Colin, my Prius is the latest spec on a 60 plate, just got 82k and 4 years up, so change time. Have always wanted a Lexus so having had a 24 hr test drive I have to say I'm like a child waiting for Christmas. Going black on black simply for practicality and because I liked the look of the demo car. Tried out a 3 series BMW before going with the Prius T spirit, which I have to say I really enjoyed. Looks like it will be Wednesday 18th before mine is ready.

Welcome Adam! Great car and funnily enough I was looking at those in Stoke - possibly as a business lease. However, I've decided to keep the older car going for now. But enjoy it! It looks great.
