Each time I have taken my car there they have been great. They are a bit out of the way for me, but I will always go back there from now on for servicing etc.

Go on Google type in lexus rx 300/350 transmission problems it's an epidemic of transmission problems with them. seems that they made the planetary gear out of aluminium and it wasn't strong enough,causing knock on effect to other transmission parts. seems they changed the planetary gear to steel,, but try getting a answer as to what year they did it!!!!!!!! if anyone knows  I'd be grateful.  Baz
