Low Pitched Hum & Vibration

I have an RX400H. For a while now when driving generally at normal road speeds if I'm steering slightly left(i.e. going round a sweeping left hand bend) I get a humming noise from the front wheels (sounds like the nearside but can't be entirely sure) I can also feel it through the steering wheel. The hum and feeling through the steering wheel disappears if I turn back to the right. I had the wheel bearings checked and changed but it's still there. Anyone had similar or can shed light?
