Anyone Figured Out How To Change The Wiper Blades?

Recommended Posts

My drivers side wiper is streaking all over the place. Passenger one seems fine at the moment so only need to replace the driver's side before the next downpour.

Basically, are these the type of wipers which just need a refill or does the whole blade need changing? Every RX I have seen, even used ones have the same blade on them since new from what I can tell so Im confused.

Also does anyone know the refill width? Is it 6.5mm rubber?

Thanks in advance

What I meant was - how do I change the rubber part of the blades. I tried different blades on the RX450h. Never again, they arent nowhere near as good as the factory ones. As far as Im aware the OEM RX450h blades are Trico Shield Silicone blades which are difficult to get hold of in the UK.

Where's the best place to get the rubber refills for the OEM blades?
