Spotted In Dundee...

Blue y plate ls400..one of the last....mains loan dundee, looks good...I saw it earlier in town but mate just phoned me to say its parked on mains loan...I'm not a stalker haha...a similar gold model to mine two days ago top of loons road, driver retuned wave...

I know there is a spotted thread in other section, but no one seems to use it....

Seen a few ls430 running around town too, botth gold, one parks on Gardner street...

...OR it's a 430....mates not a car guy and he spotted it both times, I just saw a blue flash in town....looked ls400 ish though...al keep eyes peeled for another sighting....

I have a 1997 series IV, not many of those around either as they weren't launched until November that year.

Didn't see a single Lexus of any model when I was working in Perth over Christmas and the New Year,buses and trains yes as we were working in the flats just behind the station.

If it was not for my mate who drives a LS 400, I never see them around here, or even 430/460. There was a 460 I spotted 2 months ago on a drive near me, but last week there was a Merc (so maybe gone over to the dark side!)

As for other models, see at least two or three every day, right across the range (not including the RX450h that a local parks just up the road every night).

On 200 mile round motorway trip yesterday saw next to no Lexus types about, which is unusual.

Ive have bought a blue LS430 Y reg last week. Quite often parked in Dura St car park.

Mystery, maybe, solved....I think it was an ls we saw in town, down by dw gym, tk max etc, Wednesday?....about one.....but mate lives up your end so maybe it was your car he saw mains loan?....good choice regardless

Could have been me you saw. I waved back at a gold LS 400 in Dundee a while ago (can't recall exactly where!). Not many of us about!

I've seen a few 400's and 430's in Dundee - not often, but they are out there.

Ls430..saw it again yesterday, same place, just before the bridge outside arnold clark...430 for sure....mystery solved...
