Tpms Frequency Differences

Hi Guys,

Soooo I have ordered some sensors from rockauto but have just read that they are likely to be the wrong one as we use 433mhz and USA is 315mhz.

Can anyone confirm this and if they are usable in mixed frequency (2 of each)

I would say this is probably the case, it is the same with the remote locking on the keys too. The reason is because the system makes use of unlicensed radio spectrum which is different across the world. I doubt the receiver in the vehicle can work at dual frequencies and it would be technically illegal to use the 315 MHz transmitters in the UK without a license.
