You can buy a cheap Chinese OBD2 cable that cost less than 20$ on eBay, it called "mini vci"

With it you will be able at least to see the versions of your ECU software, and not only, you will be able also to see like all the parameters of engine, Battery and much more.

But this cable cannot reprogram, for reprogramming you will need at least a MFC Mongoose cable that costs near 500$

The Techstream you can download for free on official european Lexus service website .

my is300h failed on me the other week whilst driving whole car cut out lexus couldnt find the fault i was unwilling to drive car again have ended up having to sell it back to lexus way under market value
