hi im wondered and thinking some one might help me, Will toyota 180t DMF and cluth, fits lexus is220d ?

probably. Looking on toyodiy.com the main clutch part number is common between an Avensis and IS220d along with some other parts but then others are different such as the release bearing.

I've never been able to find much info on this, but I think the flywheel and release bearing are different. If I keep mine for another year I will try getting a flywheel from Central Europe for about £450.

I have recently replaced clutch and duel mast flywheel genuine Lexus but still have clutch judder anyone have any ideas?

Posted

Hi Adam, it is possible to create clutch judder on newly fitted clutch if the cover wasn't installed correctly and the cover fingers are now distorted causing the release bearing to rise and fall under rotation which you would feel through the pedal and the drive take up would not be progressive causing judder.did you fit the clutch yourself?
