Are you lowering compression?

yep compression is being lowered, Toda 2.2 low compression pistons and crank, using other Conrods though than the TODA ones

nope, its in the garden

im awaiting quite a few bits coming from japan.

ORC lightweight flywheel and carbon clutch

aluminium diff mounts

Boris factory gear reduction and pinion

TRD engine mounts, Gearbox mounts

Oil cooler

race spec high capacity aluminium sump

and now the GT2835 turbo

need to still source....

manifold

boost control more than likely EVC 5

still need to decide on ECU, looks like i am going stand alone with a VEMS development system

gonna try and keep the VVTi, but if not possible will disable it and run aftermarket cams

ive seen a HKS sequential 5 speed gearbox......... :shutit:

the car is going to be fully stripped down soon, the TRD cage is gonna be sold, and a new BTCC full weld in triangulated cage fitted

then theres the fuel system...brake system upgrade...blah blah blah

Maybe you should aproach the BTCC lexus team about setting their cars up so they will last a race!!

and that is definately some serious serious lock you have there.

What you have difficultys with?

you ready...........

uprated fuel rail

injector sizing

decent fuel regulator

custom intercooler manufacturers....with decent websites

intercooler pipe suppliers

exhaust pipe suppliers

so much......so little time

a decent but not expensive fuel cell.......all cheap ones, and decent are in the US(look at fleabay)

Mat yours isn't just a 'tune' tho is it? ;) Go ask HKS and NOB - surely they will know :)

Pace for intercoolers? Surely you could some sponsor/endorsement/discount from them? I know mittomatto has their logo on his 14.5

well ive "found" some intercooler manufacturers.....

as i will be V mounting the radiator and intercooler, both will need to be custom

Pace are overpriced

not my project but seems its where the informed people help

also need a custom intercooler at a decent price

mat - ill see if i can find someone for i/c piping

custom exhausts i know there is a place in sheffield that is meant to be good.

oli - if u can find a way to get info out of HKS would be helpful :), or even c-west
