I've noticed how when a new member joins, there are very few that reply with a welcome. A very recent one had just one reply, but 105 views. It surely can't be that difficult just to welcome a new member, and it's good manners! Especially as we're often hearing it said that this is a friendly forum.

Same goes for when you leave for a while due to family health reasons., Only a handful of members even bothered to reply (cheers Ganesh you were one of the few) or pm, even after we thought we had made some good friends, especially with organizing meets....obviously not.
