So here then is the result of last weeks long distance test. I had to go from Ashford via Paris to Carcassonne area for work then a longer route back to include the weekend via Narbonne Lyon Cluny Epernay Laon and Calais - took east route to avoid other choice of Bordeaux Calais via Le Mans - race was on. So time was short and most journey was on toll autoroute at national limits - total travelled 1631 miles 2610 kilometres average mpg on fill to fill calculations 48.3 or 5.9 litres per 100km. Now given largest portion was spent at 80 mph this is a creditable outcome I think. The ct200 has now done 3025 miles since new. Now with the car fully loosened up is the time to see what the next. 3000 miles and more conservative driving can achieve. My uk usage might mean that could be 5 months away!
