Removing Rear Sub Frame Assy

hi all

ive started stripping the rear end off the is200 for a 13 year old car that hasnt been looked after the last 8 yrs that was worked on by a very ruff garage shes not that bad.a couple of small holes in the rear inner wheels archers both sides and rear sills have a couple of holes nothing to bad the one im stuck on is dropping the subframe off have any of you done it.there is a black plastic box at the side of the diff housing does that stay bolted to the floor or does it come off with the diff!.
