Windscreen Washers

I have had my 52 reg IS200 SE for a month now, but have only just noticed something about the washer jets.

The jets seem to have 3 nozzles in a triangle formation, 1 at the top and two at the bottom. However when I use them to clean the windscreen I have notice that the water only comes out of the top hole and not the bottom two, this is the same for both washers.

Is the norm, or should I be expecting 3 seperate sprays from each of the washers ?

I will try 'pinning' them at lunch time. I just thought it was odd that the top nozzle was the only one that worked on both of them ?

Perhaps they're switched to 'single soopa high pressure jet mode'

Hmm, wonder if that's enough for them to cut through the windscreen

 :iraqi-info-minister:

the best way of ensuring the jets stay unblocked is to give them a boost of french air
