Serviced Today

i took my car into lexus tonbridge today for service and had good service although had to wait over two hours for them to finish .i then drove my car home and parked it on my drive .Ten minutes ago i went outside and noticed a lovely scrape across the number plate holder on the front bumper ,all the paint is missing .i have added a photo to the gs gallery but it doesent look as bad in the pic .I thought there was something amiss as when they brought my car to the front of the garage they parked it front ways in were as on previous visits they parked it sideways outside the garage .I am :tsktsk: raving at the moment and it is a good job they are shut .To think that someone drove my car into a wall or something else hard pisses me right of and then they did not bother to own up to it .I can not wait till tomorrow to phone them i just hope the p :tsktsk: k that did it owns up.

Oh yes it will be a good one .But i thought i would give them a chance to come clean tomorrow you never know he might own up to it .The thing that ****** me of the most was every other time i have been there after the service they have parked the car sideways outside the main door ,but this time it was parked in a bay front first ,Trying to hide something do you think . :tsktsk: i am still fumming

Phoned them this morning and explained the problem and to my surprise they said bring it in we will sort out the damage :) .I must say that right from the start their customer service has been brilliant and i have not been able to fault them and this morning was no exception .I almost wanted them to argue a bit just so i could vent my anger .Still not happy though as some were in the garage is someone with no sence of decency. The bloke on the phone comfirmed that all serviced cars are parked outside the front doors if customer is waiting so still begs the question why he parked mine like he did (pretty damm obvious).Still there sorting it so a big thumbs up for customer service . :) they could have just denied it.
