I am now the proud owner of a brand new key

Well i suppose its actually 10 !!!!

I bought a bulk load of these

And being an eejit I have bought the key that is a tad too long (about 6mm)

I will have to get it cut down and then re-cut

However I am impressed with the quality of them for the price and they actually have a Lexus badge on it too

Better than the £MILLION that lexus want for one !!!!

Could do with a couple of those, how long did they take to arrive Adam?

To be honest I ordered them up on 17th Oct and they got here 2 days ago

I wasn't expecting them for another month either !!

They are the wrong ones though as the key blade is a bit too long

I don't know if they can be cut down. But I am gonna find out !!

Adam, Thats why the Lexus ones are dearer, they fit.

adam i dont think its as simple as cutting them - you will also have to file them to create that lip at the end - theres some on that auction site at only £2.69 - why didnt you just buy those?

I have bought some in the past and they are very good quality with the metal logo on both sides and with the denso number on there!

Also might be an idea to make sure your local key cutters will be able to cut it - most of them here locally couldnt or (wouldnt in case of timpsons) cut it

I didn't know which ones to get as there were long ones and short ones.

I should have got a mixture of them to be sure.

Oh well. I am sure I will get it sorted out

The keys I need are 37mm blade. The ones I have bought are 42mm

It was only £10 so it wasn't an expensive mistake !!
