Hi guys...Help!!!!

I'm just about to get a is220d SE with about 80k miles but I've been kind of put away by sweeping two fingers inside tail pipe exhaust at the back of the car and reveal some weird muddy wet blacky stuff. I know that this can means bad news for the engine!. The seller mention that he used red diesel v offen so I was thinking this mite be it !! The car drives beautifully power and all just ..looking for some' xtra advices.

Apreciated up front.

By the way, just sign up so take me easy, I'm a newly on this site as diesel engines also :-/
