Hello people,

I have just bought the best car I have ever driven, a Lexus LS430 Premium, what a superb drive.

She is a 2001 model, in great condition & feels like I'm driving a new car, and all for less than £3000

I've taken on board your recommendations and she is booked into Progas to have an LPG conversion carried out.

Previous to this car I have had two Jaguars and I'm truly surprised that this 4.3 engine is more economical than the 3.2 V8 Jag

Well, that's my introduction, now for my questions, I want to fit a chrome surround to my rear number plate and spotted some on that Bay with the car name on them, Ie. BMW and Skoda, has anyone seen one with Lexus on the Chrome Frame ?

On my Jaguar and on my Goldwing I was able to fit Chrome covers to the wing mirrors, has anyone seen such a thing for the Lexus ?

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

Most of the fancy trim stuff is only available from overseas, eBay.com is a good source.

But if you have access to Japanese sites that is the ultimate source.

Plenty for the LS400 but not sure about the LS430.

Just bear in mind that US and UK registration plates are different sizes and therefore may not be fitted legally.
