Is there any way apart from beam benders to adjust the headlamps on a MK4 to LHD ?

I know on the VW passat there is a switch on the top of the lamps and I was wondering if there was something similar on the Lexus

Hello Adam: I don't think you can do it on the U.K.cars I tried to find out so when I go to France it would be easy apparently this option was only on the U.S.A.models which had a change over switch on the back of the headlight if you find out that it can be done let me know,please
