Im pleased to say that my daughter is swapping her celica vvti for a 2004 is200 sportcross as she needs more room, Its done 112,000 miles and is in great condition plus it has 17" not 16" wheels,its better than my saloon model. Just my son to persuade now.

The sportcross has really grown on me, its just a great car because its a IS but actually practical! i could do with one tbh for lugging my bike around and wot not

Pete,its got a big boot plus the seats fold down in the rear i think,i still reckon my saloon looks better though.

My next lex is gonna be a gs430 im pretty sure but I might consider is300 sportcross with navi if they sold in usa?

Daughter has got my sportcross on extended loan at the moment (!)(yes I am that old), her criteria is that she must be able to get 4 diving cylinders and gear in the back, so saloon.... no good !!!!

I'm thinking along the same lines. Just a case of "how many bodies can you get in the boot" of a GS!

Teehee, it does sound a bit sinister, doesn't it? A bit of an in-joke we used to have where I worked a few years ago. Boot sizes were rated on "how many bodies you could get in it". I think Jaguars were usually a popular starter for that conversation. Just to clarify, my previous job was in tree surgery, not bumping people off!
