Got Her Today

Picked up my new LS today. She runs as expected. Wonderful. One or two annoying niggles. Right hand wing mirror won't adjust properly. And washer says I need washer fluid, When I don't. but these are common problems I have seen. Hope the photos come out okl. Tom

Very nice , bought a set of those wheels of a friend refurb with nearly new tyres and original Ls400 toolbox , for 300 pounds , will then refurb mine and put them on the 99 reg.STILL LOOKING FIR A CENTRE AIRVENT FOR THE 99?

I cant believe how clean it is , I need new arial , work on front suspension, having the paint corrected, got the wheels, some leather work , and sat nav did not work from day one. but I love it , every day use as is the black 99 the missus drives.

Thanks for your kind comments. Everything is as it should be. Thought my old one was good. But this one puts it in the shade. Its bloody quick as well. Tom.

The empty washer bottle light on dashboard is a common fault.

Fix; remove sensor from bottom of reservoir dry out in your airing cupboard test in a bowl to see if it floats to top of column,spray with clearcoat laquer (this stops it becoming saturated again) .replace and jobs a good en.light goes off.

Looks great Tom. Congratulations. I had the wash light problem. Started working through the fix and just a quick tap on the bottom of the bottle sorted it! Hasn't been since.

Know Baz very well he bought my Mk4 last year and we keep in regular touch...really nice guy!!

Yes he bought a green 2 green mk4 of me too, have you seen his latest ls430, it's a 52reg with over 200,000 miles on it and its really mint condition

Yes he sent me photos last week, looks good he certainly likes his Lexies but I think it drives Pat mad!!!!!
