Anyone know if you can get any upgrades for the automatic box in a soarer? It's got the 1jz engine in it

what are you looking for? It may be possible to increase the pressure to get slightly faster changes.

If it's the Aisin A340 transmission then yes, you can uograde the torque convertor to a higher stall rate and fit modified valve bodies.

I'm really not sure what the gear box is sorry. Where could I find the upgrades to make the changes quicker? Titan motorsports do an auto gearbox bug I sent on the website and its all in Japanese

You need to know what transmission you have fiited in order to even begin looking at modifications, try a google search to confirm it is an Aisin 340.

Thanks very much for the help really appreciated. I've tried looking on google but the best I've fount is that it says its a R154 but I'm struggling to be honest with you. What should I type in the search bar on google for the best results? "Gear box models for 1991 soarer"

I've fount something that says there's a A341e gearbox that was in the v8 soarer but was also put on the 1jz engines in the chaser and cresta. Do you think it's this one?
