Got a reminder today to renew, so because i'm a believer in the LEXUS quality

and had trouble free motoring for the past year and the cars up for her first

M.O.T in september can i now look forward to things going wrong(not that it will)

plus i do less than 10k a year. And i like the idea that if things do go wrong a tow truck

is only a phone call away :huh:

So what would you guys do

I will renew anyway, but just want feedback

Cheers peeps

Zee, how much you paying at the moment then?

for the renewal price of £70 it covers home, euro and any car im in

not just the Lex.So as i said i will renew anyway coz thats pretty

cheap for peace of mind.

It sounds a though Im being a bit tight(im not)its just the quality of the brand,

does it warrant breakdown cover im not trying to save any money(honest)

:lol::lol:

Thats what i was thinking Rodders UK.

A brief description:Membership provides personal RAC cover for you and a partner

including rescue assistance 24hrs a day,365 days a year,roadside recovery and full

european cover. This cover applies to you and a partner when driving your LEXUS or

any other vehicle, even if you are a passenger

So all in all im a happy bunny :lol:

I had to use the AA once whilst in a company car on the way home from Bristol.

Bloody thing (Rover - and it was a dog) broke down just outside Bristol, and it took them 10 (yes TEN) hours to relay me back to Manchester

My comments in the message book in each waiting room got more and more evil the longer it took, so I voted with my feet ........

I then joined the RAC who do one stop door to door :D (although I've never had to use them)

I bought my IS300 in March last year and registered my wife as a second card holder with the roadside assistance thing.

Four days ago on her way up to Scotland, from Lincoln, the catalytic converter collapsed on her mangy old escort, about 80 miles south of Glasgow. The RAC came out, took her and the car to a garage and then on to Dundee. Overall she was about 3 hours later than she would have been.

Very interesting I hear you say, its just to illustrate that my wife has not paid a penny to Lexus or the RAC,(Yeah okay, I know I've paid loads to Lexus), so I think I'll be renewing when the time comes, you never know whats around the corner. Especially with a crappy, blue oval, second car !! Born in 1996 and this is it's third cat now. It's going next March.
