Everything about that listing is fishy! The first pic is a 4th generation and it's on a 62 plate, rear view pics show a 3rd generation and it on 07 plate. plus one pic of the front of a 3rd gen.

Also the seller has 0% feedback. I'd stay well clear of that car(s)

I doubt it's fishy, as the seller seems to be a main Lexus dealer(Hatfield).

More likely they've made a complete and utter hash of the advert.

Zero feedback is normal these days for motor dealers, as classified ads attract no feedback.

I don't think they are Lexus Main Dealers but sell new cars of many makes that they can get hold of. There main stock in trade is second hand cars some of which are Lexus. No such place as Harfield, its Hatfield. Have a look at the address on Google earth definitely not Main Dealer. Mike

No that's not a main dealer. You think it is because the pics are outside Lexus Hatfield. The seller is lookers motors. The first pic of the 4the gen GS even has a banner behind it saying lookers. Then the rest of the pics are of an 07 plate 3rd Gen GS outside Lexus Hatfield. Yet another reason why this advert stinks! Lol...

Sorry but you are wrong, check the site out on Google Earth. And they are definitely not a Lexus Main Dealer its just a second hand dealer. Checking your link to a supposed Lexus main dealer its a con. Pick any Lexus main Dealer and go to their web site you will see the difference instantly, by the way that link has no cars on it,

also if you read their advert carefully you will see they are in Harfield rather than Hatfield. There are so many mistakes that if it was a main dealer I don't think they would be for much longer. Mike

All the mistakes aside, it does make you wonder why they don't check their ads more carefully. I remember pointing out on this forum a couple of years ago that a Lexus was for sale with a Kia steering wheel in one of the photos!

Lookers is a multifranchise outfit in the same way as Listers, Stoneacre and many others. The following is a cut/paste from their website which shows both Hartfield & Hatfield so it looks obvious that Hartfield is a mistake and they need to proofread things

I have emailed Lexus Hatfield and asked what the relationship is.

I like a good mystery but if there is a relationship between the two companies why is their advertising so appalling. They are selling one of the most luxurious cars on the market but when it comes to marketing the local junior class at school could do a better job. Mike

ie no cars for sale, no sign of them on google earth, not a main dealer etc, etc.
