Wonder if he was nobbled by the parking wardens for doing that....after all, he wouldn't be taxed, so, technically, it would be illegal to use the bay, good for him though,( or her)

Contrary to popular belief road going disability scooters can be taxed (even though it costs nothing) AND they are insured at a cost of about £65 pa I know this cos I've got two

You can recognize road going scooters as they have lights indicators & can travel at a maximum of 8MPH whereas pavement scooters can only travel a 4mph ALSO registration is voluntary.
