Parking Light Staying Not Going Off On Instrument Panel.

Just recently bought an Is 200 and realise the parking lights stays on despite checking all of the following:

1) fluid level in cup.

2) replace my brakes pads

3) check all my brakes lamps and all are working fine.

problem only exists whenever i press the brake pedel and light would not go off.

Could someone help.

Is the high level brake light working correctly? The light coming on when the pedal is pressed would still tend to slant it towards one of the brake lights, even of it is slightly dodgy connection or old bulb on one.

As tiger fish said, normally the high level brake light causes this. (the one on the parcel shelf) :)
