Because Your Lexus Is Worth It

Recommended Posts

Hi, Had to share this. Its that time of year when we all want a shiny Lexus glinting in the sun, when it comes out. Trouble is the effort involved. I always have other more pressing things to do. Well I have the solution. After having a shower I noticed how shiny my hair was. So I grabbed the hair conditioner rubbed a bit about the size of a pea onto one panel and less than a minute later wiped it off with a microfibre cloth. The depth of shine was amazing. Ive since done the whole car, it only took me 1/2 an hour. You may laugh but it really does look like you have spent all day on it. Give it a go.

What is that stuff that Hand car washers and auto car wash machines use that make all the water on the car run off as though there is grease on the car? Mike

I'm quickly checking the date of this posting in case I get caught again with April 1st!! Hopefully it doesn't make the paint feel soft and floppy like it does with hair :shifty:

I can't do this....I'm over 60-and don't use shampoo-I'm bald..........

Not lost mine but going grey.

The normal one to use is Wash and Go but in my case it's now Wash and Grey.

In your case Iain it's called Wash and Gone! :D

My mechanic says that some car valeters use Mr Sheen (or similar) to get a good shine, though they'd like you to think they use a more expensive specialist product.
