Front Armrest Parts

Hi all i got two arm rest one black and one cream which im going to be fitting the black one in my lexus is200 but the cream armrest has got a square box type thing bolted to the arm rest frame but the black armrest frame hasent does any one know what that square box type thing is .

Hello Ashley, You can remove that its only used in the is300,

Personally I think that black armrest would look better in my car.

Even the cream one could be black.You can buy new leather covers for them off fleabay.

Some of the armrests had optional cigarette/12v sockets in them, so maybe for that?

Ok thanks for all your help .... well the cream one will be for sale soon but its missing the bottom bracket cover which sits in side the centre console and the magnut cover :)
