I don't really know but, if memory serves, it's a bit more serious than a fuse... It's a known problem and you need to search here and will find the details.

All I know is that on the Mk3 there's a switch on the left of the steering column that if accidentally pushed will revert the column to " non " mode.

After reading a topic on lexus forums usa, about the micro switch in the ignition i sprayed some silicon into it and left over nite , tilt is back working , just the reach to sort now.
