New To Lexus (Pic Heavy)

Hi LOC members,

I have just been today and got myself a GS300 Sport all standard and pretty low miles i'm looking to go down the V.I.P route with this car so i need to start somewhere......

Here's a few pics of my new purchase bit of and upgrade from my old Golf GTI Turbo MK4 :)

They are both very nice looking things but I expected too much from the IS I guess. I am starting to like it now though so not all bad.

There's a V-reg GS300 a couple of streets along from here. Same colour as mine but the same as yours. Identical alloys etc. Very nice!

Seems a good idea but I have bought a couple of bits for the IS already (waiting for warm weather to rip the car to bits) and spend a small fortune in the 5 weeks I've had it. (reads: half the original purchase cost)

as far as I know there was never a gs400? But regardless of this, was the 4.0L a better engine?
