Jacking Up...

Fairly rudimentary, but thought it worth an ask anyway - I'm gonna be swapping wheels over soon, and I really don't want to do one at a time, so where's the best place on the front, and on the back, to jack it up (using a trolley jack, not the scissor jack) to get the car up so both the front wheels, and then both the rear wheels, can be done at the same time?

I put my trolley jack (with a rubber kind of brick to stand it between the jack and the jacking point) if I jack the front the rear comes up as well ... so it can do two on one side... and then the other two on the other side next.
