Lexus Rx400H Inverter & Electric Battery Issues

Hello,

Just a quick question please.... Can anyone tell me or narrow down the year when some of the 400h's had inverter issues ? And also, the ones that had the issue, where they fixed under warranty and should there be paper work from a Lexus Dealer stating that this was done ?

Was there also a similar issue with the electric batteries ?

Basically, should I steer clear of any I come across that fall into the above two catergories ?
