Wooden Steering Wheel For Gs300 S16

Got a guy on the Euro-LOC asking if I can help him find a wooden steering wheel for his GS300 S16 (I presume S16 is a chassis code that denotes what period of time his model was produced?)

Apparently they didn't sell many GS models during it's time because back then everyone bought the German equivalents. So well spec'd ones are few and far between.

Anyway, I figure if I help him out then it means other members might be more forthcoming in providing help with my supercharger project.

He has a thread on here asking already mate. Not a common item, and rediculously expensive from Lexus. The wooden wheel is not my cup of tea if I'm honest, and not many others I assume as there are so few about

Yeah, S16 means a gen 2 GS.

Aah right thanks for the heads up :)

I had a quick look on eBay and they are £300+ from the US! Couldn't believe how much they were. lol

I said I'd keep my eye out for any that pop up in breakers yards etc.
