No Remote Fob

I am about to get a 00 Ls400 it has two ordinary keys but no, KEY fob remote .

Lexus say they cant be got .i am hopping there are wrong.

I doubt Lexus would be wrong but try sending a PM to ACLex the LOCs parts dealer if any one can help he will.

Strange how these things get lost, it is however a good reason to get the asking price down.

i think i found a company in , USA , 149 dollers with instructions and back up. I hope so as i know were ther is a 00 with lost keys could be a cheap buy, if it has not been broken already

I have one keys after my LS400 '99 was sold. Key is cut of course and as I know can be easily programmed to other immobilizer (Two weeks ago I bought used SMART keys for LS430 and programmed them by myself with special procedure - close door, insert/remove key etc).
