Rx300 - Grinding Noise At Low Speed

Hi,

For the last few days my 2004 RX 300 has started making what only can be described as a hollow, metallic grinding sort of noise at low speed. At first I thought it was only when the brake pedal was depressed as i came to a stop but it now seems to be all the time at very low speeds once the car's been driven for a while (e.g. I can hear it as I come home and into my driveway). It's getting more noticeable day by day. I thought it was from the front at first but now it seems to be more all-around.

Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?

We had that on ours, sadly can't remember what is was sorry all I know is it wasn't anything serious (expensive), Lexus sorted it (although missis says still happens at very low speeds moreso when wheels turned).
