A dealer might but if you are going to a scrap yard - a simple description of the car is surely sufficient.

For a car of this age a second hand part will be better - or even a repair by a small company that specialises in such things - a new one from Lexus might well outweigh the value of the whole car.

You would be surprised what can be repaired these days, plastic bumpers can be repaired by specialist companies even dented ones.

I think they heat up the plastic with a hot air gun and then they can pull out the dent. ( don't try this yourself)

Having said that these guys do pretty well!

Try googling bumper repair specialists and see what comes up.

If you do decide on a new outer cover the part number is 52159-48902 priced at 389.62 Euros ( sorry my source is in Euros).

I think this is plain so will need spaying and fitting on top of that price.
