What is the wheel offset? It should be stamped on the wheel. This determines either how far the wheels stick out ( so could hit the arches) or stick in ( could hit the suspension components)

If you post up the offset and the present wheel/tyre size I can compare for you.

There are many variables for example is the car lowered.

If you have all the information required from both your existing wheels and the ones your are looking to buy try putting the figures into the calculator on the link below.

This will basically tell you if they will fit without hitting the arches or suspension but bear in mind the front wheels have to turn so even if they fit in the arches will they hit them when you turn the steering wheel?

If the seller is fairly local I would drive there and fit the wheels before parting with the cash, it would certainly prove if they did come off another IS200.

Thanks for that. I have standard five spoke 17`s on my lexus and is not lowered. guess i will see if i win the bid as it finishes in a couple of hours. If not i have my eye on some others.

Or just replace the tyres that are gone on mine and stay standard.

Thanks for the help.
