Would anyone be interested in making a visit to the RR Heritage Centre at Hucknall near Nottingham and perhaps having a club meet at a nearby venue afterwards?

The RR Heritage centre can be booked for visits and they have on display most of their engines from the early piston engines including the famous Merlin fitted to the Spitfire,Hurricane and other aircraft up to the present Trent series gas turbine jet engines.

I have not made direct enquiries yet so merely enquiring members interest.

Sounds good. Could possibly meet at MFN (Near Eastwood) or they sometimes have car meets at The Griffins Head in Papplewick. Ill try and have a think of some others aswell.

Also it might be good if enough people wanted to, to meet at MFN on car night. http://mfn-club.co.uk/Car_Nights.html Just a thought :phone:
