Noise When Turning Right

When I am driving my IS200 above 30 mph I get a humming sound and slight vibration through the steering wheel. When I edge slightly to the left this goes away. Does anyone know what this problem might be ?

I'd heavily suspect that it's a wheel bearing about to let go ...

One way to check - jack up the front, see if you can wobble either wheel. Not in the way the steering works but more in/out with hands on the top and bottom of the wheel. Unfortunately I've never done that myself so I don't know what to expect !

I'd get it checked out by a garage before something falls off ...

Welcome to the LOC.

As above check the front wheel bearing,jack up the wheel grab at 12/6 oclock and see if you can detect any play,repeat with hands at 3/9 oclock if you do detect wobble get someone to apply the brake if the wobble goes with the brake applied the bearing has gone.

Also spin the wheel by hand and listen for any roughness another indication of a failed bearing.
