Sound Gone On Radio

Hi there everyone I have just joined the forum,I want to introduce myself to you all, I am Gary, I have an IS220D which I love however I am having a wee bit of trouble with the sound on my radio

The sound on has suddenly gone from the radio. The radio still works along with CD etc however no sound comes from the speakers.I have checked al fuzes inside car and under the bonnet but they are all ok. I had recently changed Battery but the radio was still working for a few weeks after I changed it.All the buttons work on the radio apart from the up and down buttons for the balance,fade etc.

Could someone please help as I havent a clue what else to do.

i dont no but does the sound go through a amp first, if so it might be that

Hi there, I am not sure if it goes through an amp its just the basic IS220D with no upgrades to radio. Thanks
