Hello

Have been looking at latest models recently (although can't change for a while yet) and have a question for you owners of F sport models.

Apart from looking a bit "jazzier" B) and the upgrades over SE model - do the revised suspension settings actually improve matters on the road? Or does it just make the ride more hard and jiggly (like Audi S line..)

Cheers

I had one as a courtesy car and TBH I didn't like the suspension settings. You can alter them on the dash but they seem to alter the car from too hard to too soft. The 'normal' car seems far better, but in truth it's probably the lower profile tyres that do it.

I'd say drive both and see which you prefer.

Im pretty sure that you cant alter the settings from the dash. I had one of these last week as a courtesy car and didn't feel a big difference if at all between my MY2011 SE-L and the MY2010 F Sport, apart from the steering feeling slightly heavier, but that could just be subjective

You absolutely change the suspension settings on the dash, as long as the car is stationary.

It's done using the same button that changes the speedo rings etc. :)

Was it the lastest 2011 model F sport with the DRL's that you had as a courtesy car?

You would be surprised. They have loads of old models hanging around being used as courtesy/demo cars at the moment. The 2011my ones are fairly rare in comparison
