Iphone Music Connection Problems

I'm having problems with getting my Iphone connecting to the Mark Lev audio system reliably. When I connect it through the USB the system does not always recognise that the Iphone is connected. Sometimes it will recognise it but it will not read the tracks, other times it just works ?

It connects much more reliably via Bluetooth but randomly disconnects itself and re-connects itself ! (I never experience problems when using the Bluetooth phone connection).

The Mark Lev system stopped working recently and was replaced under warrantee (the parts cost £7,000 according to the dealer). However the problem is still there. I have looked at several other forums and it seems to be an acknowledged problem but I cant find reference to a solution ?

Can anyone help.

Hi Tony, have you tried a hard reset on the Iphone (pressing both the top button and the home button together until it turns off) or restoring the Iphone?

When the computer goes wrong at work the IT guys always tell you to 're-boot' and it will sort the problem, rarely in my experience does it work. What a sceptic I am becoming, thanks for the suggestion F.A. All seems to be working since rebooting the ipod.

Glad its all sorted! I've been surprised with what a reboot will fix!
