Gs300 Afermarket Installation

Hi, i have a gs300 on 2000 model and want to change the original stereo for a aftermarket one. the problem im having is that i have a built in sat nav and want to keep that. just want to change the stereo. ive been told it can and some people saying it cant be done. also that that fascia is not available to buy...

please if some body can help or some sort of advise will be much appreciated...

I've seen somewhere on the web where someone has fitted a single din headunit where the ashtray normally is. If you search for VIP stuff on eBay for the GS, you should find the panel from a US seller, very expensive though. Other than that, I can't see there are many options. Why do you want an aftermarket headunit?

thanks alot.. its a good option but like you said VERY pricey. the only reason i want to change the head unit is because i have pioneer usb and sd card player. im tired of burning cd's every other day. also want to install my 12inch pioneer tsw5000spl sub (2500rms) with a hifonics amp. im going to keep searching for more option but if i cant find any may order the one you have suggested.. thanks...
