Road Taxes

Only a fraction of ‘road taxes’ like road fund duty and fuel duty actually get spent on the roads. Most is added to the general taxation pot. Should this be stopped? If not what would you like to see it spent on?

Delete all potholes, and improve road surface de-icing in winter.

Oh, and make the Dartford crossing free!!

gettin rid of average speed cameras on the motorway as most of the time there is no one there and making the M1,M25,M23 into an autobhan style motorway no limits as in the last 8yrs my trip going back home has become a chore and not a pleasureable drive as it once was as everytime i bought a new car the first thing i would do was to drive it back home just to show the family and see what needed doing to improve it

recently drove to paris and the french have got their roads right... ok tolls are expensive but damn those roads are smooth!
