Any Idea What This Is?

Recommended Posts

I thought that after 4 years it's time to find out what this does (or not) It's on the dash in front of the steering wheel, just to the right. Any ideas?

Thanks

Phil

On the GS, the one on the near side is the solar sensor for the a/c, the one on the offside is for the auto lights. Easy to see which is which, put lights on auto, cover up a sensor with your hand, of the lights come on, that is the auto lights sensor.

Thanks all for the info.

I've only got one so I guess I don't have auto lights. So what does the solar sensor do?

It just helps the AC system compensate for direct sunlight into the cabin.
