Don’t you hate it when you go shopping and you park your car in a safe place (in the corner of the store car park, so far you almost have to catch a bus to the store) and then you come back and your car has been scratched?? Or on your return you find a half empty car park and someone in an old beat up car parked next to you? You think to yourself, why park there and not in the other thousand spaces availale? GRR LOL

i have had another scrape... I am gonna start taking number plates and colour of car next time i leave it in car park :(

I got hit (public highway) and third party left a note with mobile number. I have spoken to the person but he refuses to give me his details as he does not want to go through insurance. Got him a quote and now he has gone to ground. Th question is can you trace someone by their mobile number?

If it is a registered handset yes but an unregistered PAYG no, as he has left a note admitting liability and you have a phone number contact the police as I think by law he has to exchange details.
